About Me:
Hello!My name is Graeme Pirie and I am an aspiring Website Designer/Developer, currently based in Yorkshire. I've recently completed a college course in e-Technology and will begin a Bsc (Hons) in Web Design and Development at Abertay University in September where I wish to increase my skills as well as enjoying the student lifestyle!
My interest in Web Design stretches back to the early part of the century when I created my first website, which was based on my favourite football team Inverness Caledonian Thistle although it's sadly not online anymore. (I will try to find it and post a reflection at some point). I always wondered how the internet worked when I was younger which lead to investigating this and creating a website of my own, which lead to me wishing to pursue this area further.
Currently I am employed as a Junior Web Developer for Reach Further, a small but influential business located in Leeds which specialises in e-learning and online communities.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling to different countries, and experiencing new cultures. Another past time of mine is football, both watching and playing.
